            Abstract :
A compact planar broadband antenna is presented. The antenna is proposed with small size of 12×18mm2 including the GND, which is designed to cover an ultra-wide bandwidth from 3.04 to 17.34 GHz for S11 ≤ -10dB. The antenna is effectively designed and simulated with good broadband impedance matching and stable radiation pattern characteristics in the whole frequency band of use.
