Abstract :
An improved artificial glowworm swarm optimization (AGSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the watt-hour meter automatic production line scheduling problem. According to the characteristics of the process in this production line, an encoding and decoding method is designed, which contains producing consequence and equipment selection information. The crowded degree factor, coupled with the cluster and communication behavior are introduced into this algorithm to avoid trapped in local optimum. Meanwhile, we take use of the adaptive step to increase the late convergence of this algorithm. Finally, simulation based on the concrete living example of automatic production line in a watt-hour meter production enterprise is completed. The results obtained by the proposed algorithm are compared with another two optimization algorithms. Analysis shows that the proposed algorithm has the characteristics of fast convergence and optimization of the high rate, so as to prove the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm.
