Abstract :
It´s more important to develop one high accuracy RF calorimeter for RF power standard at first. This document introduces a new type N RF calorimeter in coaxial line, in which the load, the transmission line, the temperature sensor and the structure by controlled temperature are key points to make high performance by series of testing data. To set up the RF power standard by the calorimeter, we discussed the evaluations on the power measurement uncertainty of the standard.
