Abstract :
A new method of the total-scattering field of Finite Element Time Domain (FETD) based on Newmark method to introduce plane wave is presented in this paper. And the scheme of far field extrapolation is given. Finally, the RCS of cylinder in TE case are computed by FETD method, and the results of MoM and FDTD method are given for comparison. The numerical results illustrate the feasibility and correctness of the presented scheme.
