            Abstract : 
A design methodology for a multi-band phase shifter using a metamaterial-based transmission line was developed. This method is different in that the loaded-line phase shifter has a phase shift of 90° at the center frequencies of both bands (ISM bands: 902-928 MHz and 2400-2498 MHz) instead of -90° and -270°. The method was validated using simulation and measured results.
