Abstract :
This paper introduces a new lossless data hiding technique in which data is embedded after block division using the pixel difference value. Embedding done after block division facilitates the quality of watermarked image. Also data hiding capacity can be increased. This improved technique of data embedding using histogram modification helps to eliminate the need of communicating the position of multiple peak points which is vital for image restoration at the recipient. PSNR of the marked image obtained after image block division is higher compared with the embedding performed within a single image.
