Abstract :
This paper compares Green´s function solutions of the heat equation obtained for one-dimensional test structure. The Green´s function are derived using different methods, hence the goal of the analyses is to investigate their convergence and computation time from the point of view of their applicability to thermal simulation of electronics nanosystems, i.e. for small dimensions and times.
