  • Abstract
With the development and construction of power grid, the capability of disaster resistance of the overall power grid has be greatly improved. However in the leaping development stage, influenced by the power source and power grid construction, power exchange between big areas, seasonal output changes of clean energy and other factors, the operation characteristics and stability mode of power grid are changing greatly. So it is time to completely and accurately analyze the weak links of the power grid. In this paper, the information from the production and dispatch of power system, as well as the computer technology, network technology and power system analysis technology are adequately utilized to long-term track the changes of the power grid running condition, analyze deeply the evaluation results of the power grid real-time operation state, comprehensively review the factors influencing the operating characteristics of power grid. This method can realize the classification of the weak link based on the power grid real-time operation state and ensure the critical weak links to be resolved as soon as possible and the security, stability, reliability and economic of the power grid operation. The realization of this technology can provide the dispatcher with the quantitative value of the current power system condition, as well as supply the managers with the synthesized information for planning and decision making. This paper pictures the application prospect of the technology, and the target is to ensure the power system to run safely, offer countermeasure for accident in advance, and supply information for sagaciously making decision.
