Abstract :
Circuit schematic provides information about the structure and the components constituting the circuit. The same information is contained in a structural graph. On the other hand, since graph is considered as a universal topological model, a number of the graph processing algorithms is developed that may be used in electronics and other technical domains. In the paper, the circuit schematic topological models are analyzed in context of their applicability for the topological images recognition. A new topological model that can be used for computer-aided recognition of electronic and other schematics is developed. An example is given to illustrate the procedure of transforming the electronic schematic into adjacent matrix that is used by the standard graph processing algorithms.
