Abstract :
In the process of designing a machine vision system, a critical step is selecting an image sensor and optics that satisfy the required parameters of the resolution. In this paper a new analytical model for determining the resolution of an imaging system was proposed, by evaluation modulation transfer function (MTF). This model was based on the topological parameters of image sensors and parameters of lenses. In this article were presented MTF diagrams for the real imaging system.
