Abstract
This paper studies the reserve characteristics of wind power grid integrated system, an optimization dispatching model of coordination of backup resource of grid integrated wind power system generation side and demand side is established. The model not only considers thermal units to deal with positive, negative spinning reserve of uncertainty of wind power output fluctuation. The results show that, compared with unilateral alternate dispatching model only consider positive, negative spinning reserve of thermal power plant, bilateral reserve model can not only reduce the abandon wind also can bring certain economic benefits, and improve the accommodation capability of wind power.
