Abstract :
This paper focuses on the topologies and control strategies of the Solid-State transformer (SST) in the power system. An AC/DC/AC/DC/AC-type solid-state transformer is presented, which has characteristics such as controllable power factor and output voltage. Simulation result based on Matlab/Simulink verifies the feasibility and merits of the proposed SST.
