Abstract :
Electrical vehicles (EVs) have appreciated much attention with the increasing pressure on the environment and energy supply. Considering that user gets revenue by arbitrage, we propose an optimal charge control model for plug-in Electric Vehicles to minimize user charge cost in an open and perfect electricity market. Based on the model, combining the analysis of the charge power demand, we calculate the user revenue expectancy of uncertain trips through the Monte Carlo Simulation and analyze the factors influencing the revenue. The results show that the arbitrage can raise user revenue significantly. In addition, price fluctuation has great effect on user revenue and price signals are able to adjust user charge/discharge scheme effectively.
