  • Abstract
    The main goal of the paper s the identification of the most important informative characteristics of lung sounds, defining auscultatory, diagnostic signs at sick by the chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD). The basis of the proposed method is polyspectral analysis. The iterative bispectrum analysis technique of lung sounds was developed, which based on calculation nonparametric bispectrum (direct and indirect methods) and parametrical bispectrum. The proposed method can be used in addition by pulmonologists for identification of COLD at patients.
