Abstract
The model of dynamic characteristics of ferroelectric material is considered. The numerical modeling achieved the satisfactory agreement with experimental data. It has been shown that the maximum of a switching electric current as well as the magnitude which inversely proportional to a switching time increases gradually since some value of external applied voltage. Conditions of an electroluminescence occurrence in multilayered nanocomposites on the basis of ferroelectric and carbon nanomaterials are studied.
