Abstract :
This paper analyzes the current development of human capital and industrial structure of Changzhou, respectively from three aspects: the employment structure and industrial structure of the misalignment, industry human capital density, the stock of human capital and industrial structure correlation, analyzes the interactive relationship between Changzhou city´s human capital and the industrial structure, draws some conclusions, puts forward related suggestions.
