Abstract :
After long-term storage of ammunition in the quality and reliability problems that have long plagued national army of the main problems. With the increase in weapons systems technology content, the original sample of ammunition parameter index detection method has become increasingly unable to meet the demand for ammunition quality and reliability evaluation. In this paper, for ammunition stockpile reliability failure modes and mechanisms of storage reliability analysis methods were targeted evaluation. Meanwhile, after restricting the storage of ammunition after setting the root factors of reliability and more primary and storage environment, the degree of reliability of each component of ammunition, which are closely linked, so you can save for later failure from the start of ammunition. Through failure component failure mechanisms and causes of mastery and effective mechanism under Part fire performance and fault correlation ammunition components for internal defects using the evaluation methods to evaluate the reliability of munitions.
