Abstract :
A high-resolution MIMO radar imaging method based on Capon beam forming is presented in this paper. First matched filter is used to separate transmitting signal and realize range compression. Then azimuth focusing is completed by Capon beam forming. Compared with the conventional coherent stack method, the proposed method has much higher azimuth resolution and lower side lobe level. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
