  • Abstract
    Effective use of the potential of EP to regulate the modes of networking and consumption graphs smoothing requires the implementation of an optimization problem. We consider the various components of the overall optimization problem. In each case a set of components of general optimization problem can vary. The algorithm for selecting beneficial treatment that involves obtaining constraints on the parameters of the optimization problem as optimal, acceptable and boundary conditions.
