Abstract :
The bearings are equipped with supporting the core infrastructure components. Size difference between the rollers will directly affect working conditions and bearing life. This article has designed a high-speed, high-precision ball diameter automatic sorting device. Under the joint action of the stepper motor and gear transmission and fixed ball, using differential transformer displacement sensor measure the roller diameter and realize the roller sorting device controlled by a microprocessor.
