Abstract :
We report here design and fabrication of transfer-printed flexible three-color multi-junction 8×8 crystalline silicon membrane photodetector arrays. Based on penetration depth dependent absorption of different wavelengths, filter-free color detection can be obtained via three junction photocurrent measurement and imaging fusion processes.
