Abstract :
Stability properties for optimum utility based scheduling algorithms in wireless Heterogeneous Networks (Hetnets) is investigated. Utility based schedulers are modelled as a Markov process which is shown not only to have ergodic properties but also certain finite moments, depending on the algorithm choice. The same properties adhere to periodic versions of these schedulers.
