Abstract :
This paper presents a two-stage tracker for passive multistatic radar networks when target angle measurements are unavailable. Unlike other two-stage tracking approaches that use multiple hypothesis testing (MHT) to avoid directly solving measurement-to-target association and deghosting problems, we use an assignment based approach that significantly reduces the computational burden of the second (i.e., Cartesian) tracking stage. Analytic performance measures are developed and then verified in simulation.
