Abstract :
Considering to the deficiencies of the traditional static model synergies for the dynamic changes of enterprise requirements, this paper proposes a new reliable service recommendation model to support service resource optimization, service choosing, and optimal service recommendations. In this paper, a set of indices and the evaluation methods are discussed for measuring the qualities of services. In basis of them, a new combination service optimization model is proposed by introducing a third party mechanism. Finally, a case study is done and verified the feasibility and advantages of the proposed model.
