Abstract :
In this paper, we present some new results on the characterization of solutions of unknown linear systems. These naturally lead to highly reduced order models which can be developed from a small number of measurements. Such models are generalizations and extensions of Thévenin and Norton equivalents of classical circuit theory. They are very useful in engineering design in various fields. Illustrative examples will be given in this paper.
