Abstract
Most of the ZigBee network systems are constructed as tree topology. In the tree topology, packets can be easy forwarded to next hop by the tree routing mechanism that is only to calculate the packet destination address by distributed address assignment mechanism (DAAM). However, network parameter constraints cause the orphan node problem. Therefore, a novel recommendation scheme was proposed based on the weight of moveable node in Zigbee networks to choose better moveable node for increasing connectivity of ZigBee networks and reduces the number of orphan node. The results show that the connectivity was improved in ZigBee networks by using the proposed mechanism.
