Abstract :
Under spatial constraints of the 3 × 3 matrix structure, the mathematical rationality of the daily running mode of Taiyi in Jiugong is explored in this paper and a novel matrix transformation is introduced based on the running track and order of Taiyi day by day. With necessary rotating operations of related matrices in the clock wise direction, which can associate the number distribution of Luoshu with the order of natural numbers from 1 to 9 within a frame of 3 × 3 matrix. Such transformation can also be found to have rational basis in the unearthed Oracle from Ruins of the Yin Dynasty or the Taoist culture system recorded in Daozang. The study result of this paper is of important reference value and great significance in TCM to further explore the rationality of the daily running mode of Taiyi in Jiugong.
