Abstract
We have measured I-V characteristics of our three different width YBCO grain-boundary short Josephson Junctions for device applications. All the junctions showed clear linear RSJ-like I-V characteristics at temperatures above 5 K. High values of the critical current times normal resistance, IcRn, products were observed in our junctions. The high IcRn values found in these junctions could be of interest for the fabrication of high-sensitive Josephson-junction based radiation detectors. Moreover, a new anomaly of normal resistance (Rn) temperature dependence is observed and presented in this work.
