Abstract
Visual Motor Integration refers to the capability to get visual information and use it for an appropriate motor task execution. Considering vision as a vital component of many skill areas, visual motor will define as coordination of the eyes and the hands to perform various tasks. Although visual motor abnormalities are not universal but the prevalence of such abnormalities in children is relatively high. Hence, studying the brain regions involved in such tasks will unravel the information propagation between these regions. Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) is considered as a powerful tool to extract functional interactions between brain regions. The novelty of this paper is determining the visual input exertion on the connection strength between motor regions, using fMRI. For this purpose, six different neuronal models are examined using Dynamic Causal Modeling (DCM). The results show positive modulatory effect of external input on connection between Supplementary Motor Area (SMA) and Primary Motor Cortex (M1).
