Abstract :
The Internet is rapidly to the across network domain service delivery platform evolution, at the same time, existing based on the content of the Internet payment method is lack of the guarantee of quality of service. The future of the Internet research, to solve the current issues in the current network is put forward a few promising ideas. Such as, federations across network domain and end-to-end QoS reservations. Based on these novel principles, this paper proposes optimal algorithms for the delivery content across network domain. It facilitates the participation content to pay in the process of cooperation between providers, allowing them to set up loosely-couple federation. It assigns suitable federation providers. Between content providers and their customers chose the end-to-end path, in order to satisfy the requested QoS requirement minimize delivery costs.
