Abstract :
This paper describes a structure and basic parameters of the 5578TC024 FPGA-integrated PLL. It is shown that output characteristics of the system implemented in 180 nm CMOS process are at level of best foreign analogues (eg, Altera´s Cyclone II 90 nm process), and by some measures even surpass them.
