Abstract :
This paper presents a calculation method for present longitudinal inductance of high-power film resistors, by partitioning it into decomposition blocks in a transverse band. Reduced longitudinal inductance of each decomposite block is defined by taking into account the self and mutual inductances. The obtained results can be applied to produce two-dimensional pattern of the film resistor, which one is valid in a wide frequency range.
