Abstract :
Present article considers cycloconverter with vector control method. The method of increasing input power factor and fundamental harmonic amplitude in output voltage for converter based on six-phased neutral scheme is presented. The increase of first harmonic in output voltage spectrum and input power factor can be obtained by inserting complicated control law. Comparative analysis of schemes with classic (sinusoidal) and combined control law is presented. Diagrams of output current and voltage for both types of converters are considered. Introduced cycloconverter scheme with combined control law can be useful as generating system for autonomous objects.
