Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the concept of information management has been gradually accepted by the majority, and enterprise information management systems have become mature in many foreign countries. However, limited by some specific conditions, its development in our country is just beginning. At present the success rate of enterprise information management system is low and benefit systems are rare. Majority of the systems effects are far less than the expectations of the managers and users. This paper focuses on the performance and optimizations of these systems. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and key techniques are introduced to provide an overall understanding of the enterprise information management system. Then we present the current system architecture, and analyze its performance defects. Aiming at these defects, the system is optimized in three aspects: data storage format optimization, operation methods optimization and parallelization. The overall system speed improves 100.64 times after optimizations, and also shows a good performance in system stability, scalability and security. Thus our work makes a great significant in the performance improvement of the enterprise information management system.
