Abstract :
It puts forward higher requirements for the fire fighting and rescue work as large-scale petrochemical Reservoir appears. In order to determine the reasonable fire fighting and rescue capabilities that a large petrochemical reservoir needs to be configured, guarantee fire safety of Petroleum & Chemical Reservoir Area was between acceptable range, characteristics of fire accidents in Petroleum & Chemical Reservoir Area was systematically analyzed. And the research for the recent practice of domestic and international chemical fire rescue fire in oil Reservoir Area was carried out. According to a large tank fire fighting test, based on the principle of the fire area discounted, the number of fire and rescue equipment needed for different sizes of tank fire were calculated separately. According to the characteristics of fires in Petroleum & Chemical Reservoir Area, fire-fighting strategy of Reservoir Area was proposed. And it was based on fire rescue practice in Petroleum & Chemical Reservoir Area survey results, combing with large oil tank fire suppression test, combing with the scale of a large Petroleum & Chemical Reservoir Area, the number of fire and rescue equipment needed was determined. Technical ideas and methods used in the study can provide a scientific reference for determining various regional fire and rescue forces.
