Abstract
As we live our life in a very large ocean of visual information and about seventy-five percent of the information acknowledge by a human being is visual; the leftover twenty-five percent involves data processed by all types of human sensory organs. In procedure to improve the quality of images, we may increment the dynamic range of the selected features in the image that is done with the series of actions of image enhancement. Enhancement used as a means for improving the subjective quality of an image, that signify that given a poor quality picture, enhancement should present an output image with improved features so that it becomes likable for viewing. In this paper, we try to establish a simple, and understandable, but highly effective algorithm to address the problem of selecting a better quality image or tell which image enhancement technique is excellent improved the image quality by extracting information of interest to analysis the image. The utilitarian implementation of all exploratory outcome processes utilizing MATLAB code has been compiled on MATLAB R2013a software gizmo.
