Abstract
During the groups of decision making progress, according to the preference requirement that decision-makers emphasized and the vagueness of the evaluation information, this article describes how to use a method based on two-tuple linguistic to rank the weightiness of the competitive intelligence evaluation indexes and convert qualitative assessment to quantitative evaluation. Using this method, the intelligence agents can provide useful intelligence to decision-makers.
