            Abstract :
According to the charged uneven and charged effect practical problems by static electricity method of cleaning machine-picked cotton process, designed a charge control system of machine-picked cotton by optimizing step-by-step voltage based on simulated annealing algorithm. Through the software programming of the simulated annealing method to choose the step-by-step voltage value, controlling electrostatic voltage output reach a maximum threshold setting. Through the experiment, selective preference the step-by-step voltage value when ensured quality of cotton, the system is stable and have a good effect.
