Abstract
This paper is mainly paying attention to problems which occur in the stage of product development for combustible gas detectors used in industrial field about the appearance of the products, hardware designation, software program and other aspects. At the same time, according to the tests of the product standard, such as environmental temperature tests, EMC tests, mechanical tests, the paper is discussing how to improve the working performance of combustible gas detectors and immunity to all kinds of disturbances, especially electromagnetic interference such as electromagnetic radiation interference, electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient burst interference and so on, to meet the requirement of product standard and the need of practical use.
