Abstract :
That digital management of part parameters information is not uniform in design, manufacture and detection in digital factory construction. A unified digitization system of part parameters based on UG (Unigraphics NX) is proposed. This digital management system is established under .NET environment, and the user interface is built by C# which realizes part design, inspection planning and processes information collected based on UG. In order to unify part parameters information management in design, manufacture and detection, moreover, the SQL Server database is established for realizing uniform management of the part parameters. This digital management system Effectively improve the processing quality and efficiency.
