Abstract :
The dark current for the MSM-PD was 10 μA at 5 V. The MSM responsivity was 0.457 A/W. The IV characteristics are shown in Figure 3a. The LI and VI curves for the integrated VCSEL are shown in figure 3b. The threshold current for the device is 1.5 mA.
