Abstract :
This paper describes the possibility of developing linear and angular displacement sensors with frequency output signal based on oscillator effect in n-type germanium. Its advantage is high sensitivity and wide temperature range. Oscillator sensor of angle displacement working on change the angle between electric and magnetic field has the sensitivity 1 kHz/°. Sensitivity of linear displacement sensor is 2.5 kHz/mm in the range of 0-6 mm. The experimental results are presented in the paper.
