Abstract :
Business management has been known for a long time but the development of new subjective models provides some new knowledge of it. These models are able to reflect new environment impacts, changes in human values and other things based on the researcher´s own experience and intuition. The aim of the study is to give some recommendations to improve small businesses management. We solve the problem how to define the important managerial factors which influence on small businesses´ activity indexes, profit growth being one of the most significant. Cognitive modeling is used to do that. Cognitive map comparison is done in the form of weighted graphs modeled by business managers and analysts. In the result the example graph trajectory influencing on profit growth is developed.
