Abstract :
We produced numerical and experimental investigation of multilayer W-type optical fibers. These fibers provide near singlemode propagation of radiation with output beam quality parameter upto M2=1.4 for 1.06 μm and M2=1.03 for 1.28 μm for core diameter about 50μm.
