  • Abstract
    The multi-level modulation of a Silicon-Ring-Resonator-Modulator (Si-RRM) is demonstrated for the first time: an up-to-64-Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) is made possible due to the use of a highly linear modulation span.
