  • Abstract
    This paper addresses the utility of motion based eye gesture for automatic controlling of video frames for various applications in computer. The task can be performed in two steps, finding the iris of an eye using image processing and using the suitable calibration giving command to our application with digital image. First the skin is detected to exclude the disturbance because of background. After eye detection, cropped image is divided into four quadrants. Iris is detected from four quadrants based on minimum summation values of pixels.
