  • Abstract
    Several distributions have been proposed in the literature to model the small scale fading in multipath environment. Alpha-Mu is one of the generic distributions for small scale fading. In the part-I of this research, we have derived closed form expression for the bit error rate followed by proposing a novel moment generating function for α-μ fading distribution which is modification over moment generating function (valid for only noninteger values of α) proposed by [1]. In this part-II of the research work, we have presenting various adaptive capacities over α-μ fading channel using proposed MGF. Moreover, we have compared the derived capacity using proposed MGF and MGF of [1]. Numerical analyses have been done using MAPLE.
