  • Abstract
Various three-dimensional (3D) cellular structures have been constructed by cell origami technology. This technology has required supporting substrate to culture the cells. Here, to fabricate support-free 3D structures, we develop microplates containing temperature-sensitive polymer. In this report, we optimized the concentration of the grafted polymer and patterned the supporting substrate containing temperature-sensitive gel by photolithography.
