  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a novel InP-PIC for all-optical wavelength conversion that monolithically integrates a digitally tunable 4-channel multi-wavelength laser and a SOA-MZI. Operations up to 5 Gb/s are shown by BER-measurement with moderate power penalty.
