Abstract
We propose and experimentally demonstrated a novel adaptive pre-equalization scheme for bandwidth limited optical coherent system using DAC for signal generation. System performance improvements are demonstrated by the results of 40-GBaud QPSK/8QAM/16QAM with adaptive pre-equalization.
